We provide outreach support in the community for children and young people to support them to be as independent as possible and to undertake a range of activities in the community.

Our highly skilled staff team provide support that is tailored to ensure the right level of support to help children have fun, develop skills and be as independent as possible whether it’s at home or in the community while parents or carers have a break from their caring responsibilities. We regularly provide help for children to attend after-school clubs and sports clubs, attend appointments, or enjoy trips to the park, the swimming pool or a favourite soft play centre. 

Our personalised support packages are available on any day of the week and at any time, and can range from 2 hours after school to 5 or 6 hours at a weekend. They can be financed in a number of ways including direct payments and contracts with Social Services.
