Carlisle Active Activities

Carlisle Active provides adults with learning disabilities the opportunity to meet socially with friends, be active and try new activities.

Supported Living

Carlisle Mencap provides support for 12 young women to live in their own tenancies at 5 different locations in Carlisle. The tenants have 24-hour support and their families are closely involved with the services.

Community Support

Carlisle Mencap provides person-centred outreach support to enable adults with a learning disability to live fulfilling, active and inclusive lives as part of their community.

California House

California House is a short break respite home in Carlisle supporting up to 5 adults with learning disabilities at any one time.
