At Carlisle Mencap it is our policy to continually work to improve our services by developing our workforce.

We often have vacancies for support workers and you do not need to have any previous experience of working with learning disabilities to work for us as full training will be provided. What is important is that you are enthusiastic, forward thinking, have a sense humour and prepared to go the extra mile to make a difference.
