POSTPONED. A TEAM of financial experts are getting together for a two-hour online advice session for the public which will hopefully bring in much-needed funds for a local charity as well as helping people invest their pounds wisely. The idea for the online advice session comes from mortgage adviser Ian Watters and mortgage paraplanner Ewa Brzeska of Truly Independent Ltd in Carlisle, and they are hoping that the two-hour online session – between midday and 2pm on Tuesday, February 9 – will give a welcome boost to Carlisle Mencap. Taking part in the online advice session will be Ian, Alistair Woodman, also of Truly Independent; Joanne Thomlinson, of Dodd & Co; Jack Green, of the Cumberland Building Society; and Cathy Hawks, of Brockbanks Solicitors.  To take part, go to the following link:
