Short breaks survey

County council wants people to take part in a survey regarding their short breaks for children with disabilities service.

Posted Wednesday, 13th January 2021

THE county council's SEND Children & Families Commissioning Team are currently reviewing the Council’s ‘Short Breaks for Children with Disabilities’ service. As part of this review they have created three surveys to help gather feedback / views / opinions from children and young people who use the short breaks services, as well as their parents and carers.  The surveys have been sent out as hard copies in the post to families, but the team have also created them on Survey Monkey as well, to provide as many options for completing them as possible.
