Shop at the Co-op and help Carlisle Mencap!

Carlisle Mencap is delighted to be one of three good causes in our community which Co-op members can support between now and October 23, 2021.

By shopping at any Co-op store between now and October 23 next year, you can provide a really big boost to Carlisle Mencap funds - even more vital now as we enter a second national lockdown.

But you have to be a Co-op member to help donate. If you are not a member of the Co-op then don't worry - it costs just £1 to be a member and you can join by going to or by downloading the Co-op app.

The more members who select Carlisle Mencap and shop at the Co-op, the more vital funds will be raised! So what are you waiting for?

Carlisle Mencap will have its own Cause Profile Page on the Co-op membership website which will highlight the project (s) we are raising funds for. The link to our profile page is:

The Co-op store chosen to promote Carlisle Mencap is the one at Central Avenue, Harraby, Carlisle, but you can help raise funds at most Co-op stores and funeral parlours.

So please shop at the Co-op whenever you can - and please join the Co-op too. With uncertainty over Covid-19 and other fundraising avenues blocked off, this will be a vital source of much-needed funds. Thank you!

THANK YOU for your support ...
